Director of Partnerships

A company is looking for a Director of Partnerships & Development (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Design and operationalize an integrated development strategy aligned with organizational goals

Build and manage a portfolio of philanthropic supporters and partnerships to achieve revenue targets

Engage with the Board of Directors to enhance governance and support fundraising efforts

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of leadership experience in development, strategic partnerships, or related fields

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or equivalent experience

Proven success in securing significant philanthropic funding and partnerships

Experience in building advancement functions in growth-stage nonprofits

Fluency with CRM systems and performance analytics
