HR Operations & Compliance Specialist

A globally respected nonprofit at the forefront of scientific innovation and sustainability is seeking an HR Operations & Compliance Specialist to join the team on a temporary basis. Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of HR operations experience, with a strong focus on payroll, benefits administration, and compliance
• You bring hands-on expertise in pension administration and 403(b) plans
• You’re comfortable navigating state payroll regulations, unemployment matters, and compliance tracking
• Experience in nonprofit organizations is a plus

Pay Rate Range : $35-40 per hour, based on experience
