Experienced Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

Hiley Mazda of Arlington is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be required to provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and consistently surpassing monthly sales goals. The Sales Consultant will represent Hiley Mazda of Arlington through the sales process, product knowledge, expert advice and quality customer service. Through a consultative sales approach, the Sales Consultant will make Mazda stand out among competitors.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience ranging from $60000 to $150000 per year. Benefits for this position include a comprehensive health insurance package, paid holidays, and paid time off. Furthermore, we offer additional incentives such as commission and bonus programs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proactively manage the sales process from initial customer contact to customer delivery.
• Utilize consultative sale techniques to ensure customer understanding of Mazda vehicles.
• Effectively close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build relationships and trust with customers.
• Gather customer feedback to ensure high quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customer vehicles are delivered correctly.
• Keep up with the current market trends and Mazda product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience in the automotive industry or related field.
• Solid understanding of the sales process.
• Ability to build customer relationships through excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend and react to customer needs.
• Proficiency with dealership sale software, Microsoft Office, and other related programs.
