Job Title : Sr Solution Architect

Duration : 12+ months

Location : Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite / Hybrid)

Client : Apple

Remarks : Candidate MUST relocate to the Bay Area before start date if hired. This is an onsite / hybrid requirement.

Apple Customer Systems group is looking for a seasoned Sr. Solutions Architect with strong system design experience. This group is focused on building customer-facing digital solutions that are used by millions of Apple customers for their support / service and sales needs. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of overall experience with at least 7 years as a Solutions Architect.

Candidate must have a Computer Science degree, understanding of Object Oriented programming language is a MUST as well as Database and NoSQL (Mongo, Cassandra, Redis, etc.) infrastructure.

This candidate will deal with stakeholders (Business / Product Owner and Engineering Development Leads) to help build customer-facing products using microservice backend architecture with distributed systems and integration on different platforms such as Web / iOS / Vision OS, etc.

Candidate will be expected to create detailed technical design artifacts, engage with cross-functional teams to align on solution design / API specs, document detailed data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc.
