The role

Do you have a keen eye for design and you are looking to improve the lives of others? If so this may be a great opportunity for you.

This position is primarily responsible for facilitating clients in the selection of furnishings and the process of the sale and focusing on continuous improvement in customer service, sales revenue growth, and team cooperation.

Main actitivites : Develops techniques to positively probe clients and identify lifestyle and personal preferences. Prepares proposals, cost estimates, specifications, and other sale documentation. Ensures planning for delivery and collection of payment is done accurately. Reviews open orders weekly and follows up to ensure order closure . Directs Customer Care issues to the appropriate department. Assists with Client's inquiries Schedules client visits and provides design support if needed. Performs other related duties as needed.
