We’re looking for a hands-on leader to run our PM warehouse shift!

If you love coaching a team, solving problems on the fly, and keeping operations moving, this role is for you.

Mon–Thurs | 10-hour shifts | Start between 5 : 30–9 : 30 PM

$54,600–$70K + full benefits + 401(k)

Job Responsibilities :

Ensure efficient truck loading process (picking orders and loading of trucks) while minimizing breakage. The processes involved are picking from full case pick lines, picking from the bottle room, and replenishment of both full and split case complexes in a timely fashion so the trucks can be dispatched at their scheduled starting times.

Ensure the process of unloading of truck and receiving of product is efficient. Eliminate breakage and ensure all product is received correctly into the system then placed in the correct location in the warehouse. Ensures the company remains compliant with local and federal laws and OSHA requirements.

Directly supervises associates.

Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Compensation : $54,600 - $70,000 salary range

This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program. Metrics and level of participation are determined annually.
