California Licensed Mortgage Closer

A company is looking for a Mortgage Closer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Close loans in a timely manner in accordance with company and investor requirements

Review and approve title commitments and insurance policies

Review and reconcile closing disclosures with the closing agent to ensure accuracy of fees

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of mortgage experience required

High school diploma or GED required

Familiarity with general mortgage terms and required documents for processing and closing loans

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy

Strong organizational skills are necessary
