Appointment Coordinator
The Service Business Development Representative (SBDR) is responsible for answering inbound service phone calls, scheduling service appointments, making outbound calls, and managing live chats, all while demonstrating the high level of professionalism that Charlie Clark Nissan is known for. This position plays a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, promoting dealership services, and contributing to the overall growth of the service department.
