Pay Range : $29.36 - $47.79 per hour

Summary :

The Financial Analyst is responsible for determining best practices for manipulating data, completing analyses, and calculating compensation for faculty and advanced practice providers based on defined objectives and benchmarks. The Financial Analyst develops and maintains databases, dashboards, and custom reports / queries. In addition, the Financial Analyst works with RUMG leaders to develop reports on productivity, financial variances, operational metrics, and other reporting needs. Required Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• Three years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with clinical information management required.
• Experience in data abstraction and report analysis required.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Ability to work in a complex clinical information environment.
• A high level of analytical ability is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently.
• The ability to check documents for errors, use a keyboard to enter or retrieve data, and closely examine reports.
• Possesses initiative and ability to work alone and within a close team environment.
• Possesses quality, integrity, and customer service focused with the ability to handle simultaneous projects accurately and within deadlines.
