Loan Records Specialist (Title Clerk)

We are seeking a motivated individual for our Loan Records Specialist (Title Clerk) position at our Corporate Headquarters in Aurora. It is essential that you have attention for detail.

This position is responsible for performing all duties associated with the preparation and monitoring of title and insurance programs. Reviews and monitors all documentation associated with booked loans.

We have an excellent benefit package and a good compensation plan a well as incentive plans for Non-Exempt positions.

You receive 14 days of leave (pto) immediately or pro-rated if you start during the year and then you receive 14 days on January 1. This goes up as your time does here so it moves to 18, 21, etc. You also receive 6 sick days a year that are earned through the year. You also receive your Birthday off!

You receive 75% paid health, dental and vision as well as fully paid life insurance and long-term disability. You receive 11 holidays a year and if a holiday falls on a Saturday, since we DO NOT work Saturdays, you receive a floating day so that you never lose your 11 holidays. We also have an excellent 401k plan.

We offer free snacks and drinks. We have a lounge chairs and a massage chair with a TV in both the quiet room and the lunch room for relaxing.

We do perform background checks.
