A company is looking for a Happiness Engineer (Diocesan and Enterprise Solutions Account Manager) (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact and relationship manager for enterprise / diocesan level accounts

Provide excellent customer support and build relationships with church leaders and organizations

Conduct product demonstrations and communicate insights to improve tools and services

Qualifications

Loves interacting with people and is tech-savvy

Experience working with Catholic dioceses and managing VIP accounts

Aware of the latest church database and communication tools

Ability to think creatively and implement solutions for partnerships

Sales experience is a plus, but not required
