Iowa Retina Consultants, an independently-owned non-PE practice, is seeking to replace our senior vitreoretinal surgeon in 2025. Our group based in West Des Moines, has 30+ year history of serving Iowans. Over that time, we have established a tradition of excellence and a strong statewide reputation. Our newest physician would be immediately productive with new and established patients. As the largest single specialty retina practice between Denver, Kansas City, Minneapolis and Chicago, we run clinics in seven locations and operate in three ambulatory surgery centers. Benefits:

· Exceptional early and long-term earning potential coupled with excellent work-life balance, manageable ownership buy-in, and outstanding vacation allowance

· $400,000 base salary in employment year 1

· $425,000 and $450,000 base salary in employment years 2 and 3, plus incentive bonus creating potential for significantly higher earnings beyond base salary
