MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience.

MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.

MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND

AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.

Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
