Job Summary :
- Designing, implementing, and optimizing network infrastructure
- Leveraging extensive expertise in routing, network design, and advanced configurations of Cisco and Fortinet equipment, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of network systems
- Troubleshoot complex network issues, manage network performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business continuity and technological advancements
- Maintain high standards for network architecture and ensuring seamless connectivity across the organization
Required Experience :
Routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP for network optimization and troubleshootingDesigning scalable, reliable, and secure network architecturesCisco AND / OR Fortinet Routers, switches, firewalls, VPN solutions, and other security appliancesDiagnose and resolve complex network issues in both LAN and WAN environmentsUnderstanding of network security protocols and best practices, including firewall configurations and VPN management.IP addressing schemes, subnets, and IP routingFamiliarity with network performance monitoring tools and techniques to ensure optimal network performance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.Preferred Experience :
Network security solutions, intrusion detection / prevention, and threat mitigationKnowledge of network automation tools or scripting languages (Python, Ansible, etc.) to streamline network operationsCloud platforms and hybrid network configurations (AWS, Azure, etc.)Familiarity with VoIP technologies and Unified Communications (UC) systems for integrated network environmentsWireless network design, configuration, and troubleshootingDesigning networks for high availability and business continuityQoS configuration and implementation to prioritize traffic for critical applications
