What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.

Observe and report any security-related issues or incidents according to site guidelines, maintaining communication with Allied Universal and site management.

Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas of the healthcare location.

Document patrol activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
