POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented undergraduate student to join the 2026 Summer Analyst Program working in the Office of the Global Head of Human Capital (CHRO) at KKR in Boston. This is an exceptional opportunity for a rising senior pursuing their bachelor's degree and who is interested in Human Capital and organizational strategy.
The Summer Analyst will support a portfolio of initiatives critical to KKR's ongoing technology-led transformation within Human Capital and the broader Chief Administrative Office (CAO). This is a hands-on role that provides direct exposure to senior leadership, including the CHRO, Chief of Staff, and CAO leaders.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This is a full-time, 10-week, in-person internship that will take place from June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026. The program includes a 1-day orientation, educational and network-building programming, community service project, formal performance reviews, social events, and an aligned mentor. Successful completion of the internship program, along with the attainment of your degree in good standing, may provide an opportunity to receive a full-time offer to join KKR, conditional on your performance as an intern and the availability of openings.

It is expected that the compensation for this Boston-based position will be $35 / hour.

This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
