California Licensed Claims Adjuster

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster, Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims from initiation to closure

Provide exceptional customer service and act as a point of contact for partner agents and customers

Ensure compliance with statutory guidelines and prioritize early resolution opportunities for claims

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation claims experience is required

Claims experience in CA, AZ, and UT is preferred

Knowledge of jurisdictional regulatory and statutory requirements is essential

Experience in claim adjudication, medical management, and litigation management is necessary
