Valid Class A CDL, age 21+ 6 months+ verifiable OTR / dry van experience Acceptable MVR (≤2 tickets in 12 months; max 1 preventable in 24 months) No SAP or failed drug tests Solid work history (≤4 jobs in 12 months; no safety-related terminations) No-touch freight One customer Same route style every week Dispatch answers the phone Freight is consistent and ready This is a predictable job with predictable money — no surprises.
