Job Summary and Responsibilities

Are you a current pharmacy student eager to gain real-world experience and make a difference in patient care Join our team as a Pharmacy Intern and work alongside experienced pharmacists to develop the knowledge technical skills and confidence to launch your career.

As a Pharmacy Intern youll assist in medication preparation compounding inventory management and distribution across inpatient retail specialty or ambulatory settings. Youll play a key role in supporting safe and accurate medication practices while gaining valuable hands-on experience in both clinical and administrative functions all under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Prepare and compound sterile and non-sterile products according to USP and Board of Pharmacy standards.

Utilize pharmacy automation systems for safe and efficient medication distribution.

Manage controlled substances perform inventory counts and identify discrepancies.

Conduct medication area inspections and maintain accurate records.

Assist with clinical and administrative pharmacy functions as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

Currently enrolled in an accredited College of Pharmacy

Licensure & Certifications

Active Pharmacist Intern License in good standing within the state of employment
