Pick / Pack Associate – Full-Time

Location : Arnold, MO

We are hiring reliable Pick / Pack Associates to support fast-paced warehouse operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and keeping orders moving accurately and on time.

Job Responsibilities

Accurately pick orders using order sheets or handheld scanners

Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment

Verify product numbers, quantities, and packaging requirements

Build boxes, shrink wrap, and stage pallets as needed

Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe

Assist with basic inventory counts and restocking

Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

Requirements

Previous warehouse or pick / pack experience preferred but not required

Ability to lift 25–40 lbs regularly and stand for the entire shift

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Dependable attendance and work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic reading, counting, and scanning skills
