A company is looking for a Commercial Escrow Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Commercial Title Officers with title processing from order opening through closing
Review and input title order information into the title production system
Conduct basic title searches and prepare title reports under supervision
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in title, escrow, or commercial real estate strongly preferred
Proficiency in title production software (e.g., SoftPro, RamQuest, ResWare)
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions or working in a law firm, title company, or financial institution preferred
