We collaborate with hospitals, physicians, and families to support patients’ independence through personalized care delivered at home.
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to perform in-home visits across all NYC boroughs. As a Fee-for-Service Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in patient care, assessments, and care coordination—helping clients live safely and comfortably in their homes.
Compensation (Per Diem Rates)
- Initial Assessment Visit : $130
- Reassessment Visit : $100
- Resumption of Care Visit : $100
- Supervisory Visit : $80
