Sourcing Specialist

A company is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to manage procurement processes for airline clients with hotel partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage hotel sourcing projects, including market research and relationship building

Oversee the Request for Proposal process, negotiating terms and assessing suppliers

Create detailed evaluation reports and adapt strategies based on market trends

Required Qualifications and Education

Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in procurement, with global supplier exposure

At least 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably with airlines or hotels

High School diploma required; bilingual skills are a plus

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in contract negotiation and understanding diverse cultures
