Director of Practice Management

This pivotal role entails overseeing the strategy, personnel, finance, and operations of the designated practice groups (PGs). You will act as a trusted advisor to the practice group leaders (PGLs), providing strategic analysis on diverse business topics. Your success will be evaluated based on your capability to enhance operational efficiency and ensure clear visibility of financial performance for the PGs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Trusted Advisor : Collaborate closely with PGLs to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring that ongoing initiatives align with overall goals.
• Financial Oversight : Monitor financial performance by analyzing trends, reporting results, and making recommendations for profitability improvement.
• Operational Excellence : Manage daily operations effectively, improving efficiencies by identifying and developing new opportunities in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• People Management : Support the onboarding and training of new hires and maintain focus on promotion pipelines and professional development.

Qualifications :

This is a hybrid role requiring on-site work three days a week.
