This vital role is responsible for fueling and cleaning equipment, managing inventories, organizing crew returns, and preparing trucks and tools for the next day. Key Responsibilities

Fuel trucks and landscaping equipment daily.

Accurately track and log fuel usage and inventory.

Clean vehicles and equipment upon return to the shop.

Park, secure, and organize vehicles and trailers.

Collect and verify all end-of-day crew paperwork.

Restock trucks based on next-day job sheets.

Maintain inventory of supplies and notify the team of low stock.

Keep the shop clean, organized, and hazard-free.

Maintain and fuel wood stove during winter months.

Report any safety hazards or equipment issues.

Qualifications

Valid drivers license required.

Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping skills.

Ability to work independently and multitask.

Basic mechanical understanding is a plus.

Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 80+ lbs safely and repeatedly.

Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons (heat, rain, snow).

Ability to work in physically demanding environments on a daily basis.
