A company is looking for a Technical Client Success Associate in the Midwest (United States).

Key Responsibilities

Lead implementations for new institutional clients and customize configurations for complex diligence use cases

Monitor client engagement and drive strong renewal outcomes while anticipating client needs

Deliver webinars and training sessions to promote platform adoption and community engagement

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Customer / Client Success within FinTech or B2B SaaS

Strong familiarity with investment management, including Asset Owners, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity

Solid understanding of API integrations and SQL experience preferred

Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including COOs and Portfolio Managers

Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field
