Job Summary and Responsibilities

Location : Lakeside Campus 168th & Center (Floating as needed to other campuses)

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8a-5p, NO weekends & NO holidays!

CHI Health is looking to add a Clinic RN Supervisor to our Orthopedic Clinics!

Our Clinic RN Supervisor will be responsible for leading a nursing team to provide high-quality orthopedic patient care by supervising daily operations, ensuring patient and staff satisfaction, managing staff schedules, and providing direct patient care when needed. They act as a clinical resource, mentor staff, and work with management to improve workflows and clinic performance, while also handling administrative duties like performance evaluations and supply management!

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements :

BSN with 1 year of experience OR

3 years of experience in Clinic nursing OR

Master's Degree with no experience

Must have a current / valid RN license from the state licensing board

Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required upon hire

3 years of clinic RN experience

Pay Range

$32.30 - $48.05 / hour
