We are investing in a newly formed Small Business Marketing Analyst role and are seeking an innovative thought leader to build the foundation of our updated talent profile. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing business strategist to join our growing team and drive high-impact marketing strategies. Job Requirements :

• A fungible skill set, with the ability to nimbly flex support based on the highest priority needs.
• Ownership of full customer lifecycle marketing program, with accountability for the program P&L.
• Development and implementation of strategic and integrated, multi-channel marketing agendas, based on business objectives, customer insights, competitive landscape assessments, in-market performance, with an expectation of ongoing optimization to maximize business impact.
• Effective storytelling : ability to influence others to align with proposed growth strategy, economic optimization, and acquisition levers through written and verbal communication.

Base Salary : $98,000.00 $168,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
