A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to drive long-term customer outcomes across the Data Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Configure customer accounts, customize backup policies, and facilitate onboarding
Identify migration opportunities and conduct success planning and strategy sessions
Run recovery simulations and deliver quarterly resilience reports
Required Qualifications
5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery
Hands-on expertise across operating systems, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms
VMCE certification required (may be completed post-hire)
Preferred industry certifications : AWS Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect Expert
Proven ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps
