Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Assistant to join our catering company’s sales team. This role supports the Accounts Manager in daily sales operations, with a primary focus on managing standard client inquiries, preparing event quotes, and providing excellent customer service during the early stages of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Response : Promptly respond to inbound leads and client inquiries via email, phone, and CRM tools.
- Quote Generation : Prepare and send event quotes and proposals for standard clients based on set templates, pricing tiers, and package guidelines.
- Sales Admin Support : Assist in updating lead logs, event calendars, payments, and internal tracking systems.
- Client Follow-Up : Manage basic follow-up communication for standard clients, including quote approvals and booking confirmations.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the Accounts Manager to ensure seamless handoff of premium clients and to escalate complex or high-value inquiries.
- Team Coordination : Support coordination between the sales, kitchen, and event teams to ensure alignment on scheduled events and client expectations.

Standard Clients :
These are clients with :

Request bespoke or fully customized menus, services, or experiences.Host high-profile, large-scale, or high-budget events (e.g., weddings, galas, corporate activations).Require detailed planning, on-site meetings, venue coordination, or complex logistics.Qualifications
1–2 years of customer service, sales support, or administrative experience preferred (hospitality or event planning experience a plus).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and follow through on deadlines.Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and basic CRM or quoting software (training provided).A friendly, proactive attitude and professional demeanor.Compensation & Benefits
