Senior Security Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a Security Engineer with expertise in security research, threat research, and detection engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for researching emerging threats, developing advanced detection techniques, and improving security monitoring capabilities. You will work closely with our research, engineering, and product teams to identify and mitigate evolving cyber threats.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth security research to identify and analyze new threats, attack techniques, and adversarial behaviors.
• Develop advanced threat detection logic and contribute to improving security analytics and response mechanisms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate research-driven insights and improve the detection pipeline. Work together to develop scalable detection mechanisms, optimize pipeline performance, and refine alerting systems to reduce false positives while improving threat visibility.
• Work with threat intelligence sources and industry peers to stay ahead of adversary tactics and techniques.
• Contribute to security blogs, whitepapers, and conference presentations to share research findings with the community.

Pay Transparancy

Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for equity awards and may be eligible for sales commission or incentive compensation based on the role or function within the company.
