Nurse Practitioner - HMC School Based, 40 Hours

Holyoke Medical Center is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner to work at the School Based Health Center Peck / Sullivan. This individual will provide a full array of health services as a primary care provider on the school based health center team for students seeking health services within the school based clinic. This position is offering a competitive salary and flexible schedule.

This position is grant funded through a Massachusetts Department of Public Health Grant, and is a ten (10) month position that follows the school calendar year.

REQUIREMENTS :

Education : Graduate of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program

Licenses / Registrations : Current license to practice as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Experience : 1 year experience as nurse practitioner or physician assistant; experience in school health preferred; bilingual (Spanish / English) ability a plus.
