Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic full-time BC / BE Pulmonologist to join a top-quality health system east of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Position Details :

• Team consists of 2 APP's and 7 staff
• .75 FTE
• Office Hours : 7a 4 : 30p Monday through Friday
• .5 FTE to diagnose and treat patients with pulmonary disease in the outpatient clinic, perform bronchoscopies, and APP (2) collaboration / supervision.
• .25 FTE to provide coverage for pulmonary rehab (plan sign off), read PFTs, and serve as medical director for Respiratory Therapy.
• Provider-led organization providing care for eight counties in Indiana and Ohio.
