Customer Service Representative
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. The Customer Service Representative will work with clients to help them reduce their debt. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to establish a connection with the customer.
Hours : 8 : 30am to 5pm, M-F
Pay : $17.00 to $21.00

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :
- Take in-bound and make outbound calls to consumers who have contacted the company
- Reply to emails, online chats, texts and online quote requests
- Conduct credit counseling sessions; reviewing debt, budget analysis, and presenting a personalized action plan
- Review thorough budget of consumers' income and expenses and provide helpful feedback
Present solutions based on the debt and budget analysis and present the customer with options
Customer Service Representative Requirements :
Must enjoy working on phone and computer
