Key Responsibilities
Design and iterate on systems for engaging player experiences, including monetization frameworks and reward-unlocks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop player-centric systems
Champion data-driven design and advocate for the player experience in all design decisions
Required Qualifications
At least two shipped AAA games with a focus on systems design related to player investment
Expert knowledge of design tools and proficiency with Unreal Engine (UE5 preferred)
Professional understanding of major metagame systems in contemporary multiplayer titles
Mentorship skills with a focus on the career growth of team members
Strong creative and technical problem-solving abilities
