About This Role

As a Structural Engineer you will :

Design and analyze structural systems for diverse projects - from residential renovations to small commercial builds, working on short timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Spend 20-40% of your time in the field conducting structural inspections, foundation assessments, and forensic evaluations.
Collaborate & communicate directly with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver innovative solutions that meet tight deadlines.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents while ensuring compliance with building codes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.

Previous experience working as a structural engineer required. Design experience and residential structural experience preferred, but not required.

Technical proficiency with Mathcad, Bluebeam, and Autodesk products (Revit / AutoCAD).

Self-starter looking to grow with a small, ambitious engineering firm with advancement opportunities.

Strong communicator who can discuss complex issues with diverse stakeholders and deliver both good and challenging news professionally.

Someone that isn't afraid to get their hands (or shoes) dirty and get the job done.

Job Details

Location : Centennial, CO (Hybrid)

Hours : Full-time, mix of in-office, remote, and field

Compensation : $80,000 - $100,000

Benefits : medical, dental, 401K match, development assistance, discretionary bonus

Sponsorship : Sponsorship not available. Position only available to those within the US with legal authorization to work.
