We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. This role combines new business production with ongoing servicing of your own book of business. You will work with incoming leads, generate new opportunities, build client relationships, and manage accounts throughout their lifecycle.

This is an in-office role designed for someone who can replace production at a high level and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Sales / Production

Quote and bind commercial policies : GL, BOP, WC, Commercial Auto, Inland Marine, E&O, Excess, Contractors, and industry-specific risks

Handle inbound commercial leads and manage a sales pipeline

Prospect for additional business when needed

Submit complete underwriting packages and negotiate with carriers

Meet monthly production goals ($60k$90k premium range)

Servicing

Service your own book of business

Handle COIs, endorsements, audits, renewals, loss runs, billing, and general servicing tasks

Conduct annual renewal reviews and remarket when needed

Communicate with underwriters and clients professionally

Maintain updated notes, tasks, and documentation in our CRM

Compliance & Quality

Follow underwriting and binding guidelines

Complete all documentation accurately

Ensure policies meet client needs and reduce E&O exposure

Requirements

Active Nevada P&C License (REQUIRED)

2+ years commercial lines experience REQUIRED

Ability to quote and bind commercial policies independently

Strong understanding of underwriting and carrier appetites

Experience handling certificates, audits, endorsements, and renewals

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong sales ability and confidence working commercial accounts

Must be comfortable servicing your own clients

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus but not required

Must work in office (Las Vegas)
