Key Responsibilities
Develop productive relationships with the CSM team to enhance customer service and product adoption
Provide guidance and training to clients on CDK product functionality and industry standards
Document dealer engagements and escalate issues to ensure client success and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of retail automotive experience
Extensive knowledge of dealership fixed operations processes and workflows
Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in handling high-stress interactions with empathy
