A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Strategy & Planning to oversee the operating model for a core B2B business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement growth strategies, including modeling targets and defining the sales funnel
Analyze performance data to inform decisions and enhance the sales process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, to execute go-to-market plans
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in revenue functions, with 5+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or related roles in B2B or B2B2C environments
3+ years of people management experience
Proven track record in building and owning go-to-market plans for SMB and Mid-Market sales teams
Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting models and pipeline reviews
Experience working cross-functionally to implement go-to-market decisions
