In this role your core responsibilities span the full lifecycle of the sterile processing workflow : receiving decontaminating inspecting assembling packaging sterilizing and tracking instrument sets; verifying instrument counts and documentation; maintaining sterilization equipment and environmental controls; and collaborating with OR teams nursing units and supply chains to optimize instrument availability. Youll navigate washers ultrasonic cleaners autoclaves steam and chemical sterilization cycles and automated tracking systems all while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
