RESPONSIBIITIES:
- Approach, Greet, and Offer Assistance or Direction To Any Customer Who Enters The Park Cities Auto Care Facility
- Perform Basic Maintenance Services As Required By Manufacturer, Such As Oil and Filter Service, Tire Rotation, Balance and/or Replacement, Air and Fuel Filters, Cooling System and Transmission Flushes/Fluid Changes and Replacement Of Basic Wear Items.
- Work To Efficiently Perform Work Within Required Time As Outlined By Operator/Manufacturer
- Perform A Quick-Service Inspection As Required By Operator/Manufacturer
- Work To Efficiently Communicate With Service Writer About Maintenance Needs and/or Work Or Safety Items Noted
- Work To Efficiently Communicate Time Needed or Cost To Service Writer For Additional Repairs
- Other Duties or Tasks As Requested or Required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior Automotive Experience Preferred But Not Required
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency With Standard Microsoft Software And Ability To Learn Other Computer-Based Tools For Client-Facing and A Majority Of Roles
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Professional Appearance and Work Ethic
- Self-Motivated
- Ability To Work In A Fast Paced Environment
- Must Be Available To Work 40 Hours A Week, and Some Nights and/or Weekends
- Solid Work Ethic Around Attendance and Punctuality
- Complete A Pre-Employment Background Check
