Key Responsibilities

• Deliver rapid and accurate assessment and treatment of patients presenting with acute and urgent conditions.
• Monitor patient condition and coordinate care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely in a high-acuity setting.
• Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and families during crises.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality standards.
• Participate in continuing education, quality improvement initiatives, and emergency preparedness drills.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current Washington RN license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - AHA
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - AHA
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (preferably in acute or emergency settings)

Preferred Qualifications

• National Certification in Emergency Nursing (e.g., CEN) or another relevant specialty certification upon hire
