Schedule : Monday- Friday 7am- 3 : 30pm, every other weekend and holiday

SUMMARY : As a key member of our nursing team, the Certified Nursing Assistant will provide exceptional and individualized patient care. Your proactive approach and dedication to maintaining patient comfort will greatly contribute to the well-being of each resident and the overall success of our care team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Patient Care & Service : Assist residents in daily activities based on individual care plans; transport residents to and from activities; provide emotional support to residents and their families.
• Safety : Ensure a clean and secure living environment for all residents.
• Communication & Documentation : Respond promptly to resident requests, guide families to appropriate staff, and communicate effectively with team members regarding patient care.

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Medium Work - Able to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently; able to move objects constantly weighing less than 10 pounds. Frequent walking, standing, or squatting is required.
