Remote Business Manager (Independent Contractor)

Location : Remote Work from Anywhere - Global

About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to take on a Remote Business Manager role with a focus on people leadership and development. You will connect with professionals exploring new career directions provide structured information about our leadership and personal development programs and support individuals in making informed decisions about their growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with professionals who express interest in leadership and personal development

Share program information using structured scripts and digital resources

Support new participants during onboarding and initial training

Maintain accurate records of conversations and progress

Take part in regular training and professional development sessions

2 years experience in leadership coaching recruitment or consulting

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and organised able to manage time effectively

Interest in personal and professional growth

Confident using digital platforms in a remote environment
