A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager - Director.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for clients and manage technical impacts in collaboration with the Customer Support Manager
Ensure consistent, high-quality product delivery by working closely with GTS teams and managing IT relationships
Collaborate with the Cyber Security team and maintain customer satisfaction regarding technology solutions and service performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in technical SaaS implementations in large, complex information systems environments
Project experience with environments containing cardholder data and personal identifiable information (PII)
Direct experience with waterfall and agile project management methodologies
Experience across the entire technology stack including server, database, network, and storage is ideal
