A company is looking for a Bilingual (French / English) UKG Pro Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client kick-off and requirements gathering meetings

Manage project scope, budget, and create requirements documentation

Validate data conversion and prepare turnover documentation

Required Qualifications

Must be fluent in French and English

Minimum 3 years' experience implementing UKG Pro

Proven leadership and project management skills

Experience working independently without daily supervision

Consulting experience preferred; Human Resource and Payroll experience (CPP / SPHR) preferred
