Assembler

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Pay : $17 / hr

Location : Zelienople, PA 16063

Interviews : In-person

Potential for permanent hire

Job Overview

We are seeking an Assembler to support the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. This role follows clearly defined SOPs and quality guidelines to ensure all products meet performance and safety standards. No prior experience is required—training will be provided. Basic knowledge of hand tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly, manufacturing, testing, and packaging tasks according to SOPs
  • Follow written specifications and quality standards
  • Use basic measuring tools as needed
  • Rotate through various tasks and responsibilities within the department
  • Maintain punctual attendance and adhere to production schedules
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • No experience required; 0–1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret English-language specifications
  • Basic math skills
  • Good communication skills for interaction with co-workers and supervisors
  • Ability to follow instructions and work within defined processes
  • Must be able to work onsite and meet physical requirements with or without accommodation
