We are dedicated to serving men, women, and children experiencing homelessness and providing comprehensive emergency and long-term services to help them escape the dangerous streets of Skid Row. DRIVER CLASS-C POSITION SUMMARY : Under the supervision of the Transportation Manager, the Class C Driver is responsible for donation pick-ups and providing transportation to residents / staff as needed.

DRIVER CLASS-C ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Pick up donations from various locations and physically load and unload at distribution facilities or thrift stores.
• Maintain records by completing driver logs and donor receipts.
• Deliver food and products to URM’s other locations on a weekly basis.
• Maintain safe vehicle operation.
• Assist at the Distribution Facilities, as needed.
• Provide transportation for staff and guests to and from the mission, as needed.
• Conduct other tasks and projects as assigned by the Dir., Procurement & Logistics / Transportation Manager.
• Commitment to URM mission, vision, and core values.
• Encourage guests in their faith and growth in Jesus Christ.
