Job Description :

Seeking a Board Certified Ophthalmologist to provide medical services for a Correctional Institution located in Chino, California. This facility has need for an Ophthalmologist to provide 1 clinic per week.

Our Physician will be expected to provide medical services to inmate / patients in an urgent care setting within the facility housing patients with a variety of chronic care issues.

Requirements :

Must be board certified in Opthalmologist. Must have a minimum of 12 months of continuous experience in the last 3 years. Physicians are required to have all current licenses along with BLS, current CA license and must have obtained DEA registration certificate.
