OT availability. Warehouse previous experience. Technical training (Logistics, Electronics, Mechanics). Basic Spanish. Knowledge of Aeronautical Material and Chemicals. Good oral and written communication. Advanced English. Being attentive, reliable, responsible and committed. Good understanding of quality standards. It’s an in-person position : routine, meetings and training will be held in person. Other details like benefits and salary will be discussed during the interviews. Working from Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm - TBD).
The WH / QA Inbound / Outbound Inspector is responsible for pre-inspecting products upon their arrival at the warehouse to verify consistency with physical, documents and WMS, quality and internal standards. Furthermore, organization of the warehouse and routines execution.
Responsibilities :
- Delivery / collection of materials at Aloia suppliers.
- Receiving materials in the warehouse.
- Handling and inspection of hazardous materials (DG) and issuance of safety and export documents immediately after completion of training
- Physical inspection of materials.
- Inventory control and counting.
- Palletizing, labeling and marking.
- Dispatch and delivery of materials to customers with the outbound documents.
- Issuance of quality and export documentation.
- All details to be shared with the logistics internal team.
- Meeting ALOIA quality requirements.
